| This was one of five skits recorded in one historic night at my apartment. In attendance were myself, Walter, Sekshun, Wilkh and Splatt.
What a night that was! This was the debut for both Splatt and Wilkh, and I think they did splendidly. It's always a plus to not have Walter and I do every single frickin' voice for every single frickin' skit. As you may have guessed if you listened to the outtakes to this skit, copious amounts of beer found their way into my apartment that night. I'm actually surprised we got so much done. Needless to say, we weren't very focused, and there was a LOT of nonsense to cull through when I went to edit the skit. Which made it extra challenging. And I don't know if it's my favorite skit from a production point of view. Hopefully it goes without saying that this skit is a reference to those silly propaganda ads that tout the evils of not only drugs, but also SUVs. The liberal agenda has obviously made it clear that pretty much anything you do or buy support terrorism. And the background music I chose, Dido's Thank You, is a nod to Iraqi Election. Hey, I tried. |
